by construction attorney Nick Campbell, located in Burbank, California.
Builders Law Group serves contractors, developers and suppliers throughout Los Angeles and allSouthern California counties and cities. Our services include preparing and serving preliminarynotices, stop notices, recording mechanics’ liens, construction collections enforcement lawsuits (including Miller Act claims), construction defect defense, contractor representation before the Contractors State License Board (“CSLB”), as well as CSLB arbitrations. In essence, we handleeverything a contractor could need as far as legal matters.
For the last 14+ years, owner Nick Campbell has focused his law practice in the areas ofconstruction, business and real estate law and litigation. Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts degreefrom the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 1992 and earned his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1996, where he received honors in Trial Practiceand was a member of the Law School’s top-ranked Mock Trial Team. He has written andpublished numerous articles and lectured at several construction-law seminars. He was twice voted a “Rising Star” by his peers in the California Super Lawyers selection process, and wassubsequently featured in Los Angeles Magazine. He holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell (that publication’s highest ranking of attorneys) and is a member of the Californiaand Arizona bars. He is admitted to practice before all California and Arizona state courts, the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court and the United States SupremeCourt.
Nick also serves as a volunteer member of the board of directors for Dependency LegalGroup, a non-profit law corporation dedicated to serving the needs of dependent children in San Diego County.
